There is no limit to the number of stores you can connect to your CustomCat PRO subscription. Any stores that are integrated with your subscribed CustomCat account will receive pricing based on your current subscription.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your free trial period. Within your CustomCat account settings, you’ll see both your “Subscription Activation Date” and “Next Billing Date” displayed.
Of course! You can adjust your account subscription at any time from within your CustomCat account settings. If you’re downgrading your subscription from CustomCat PRO to CustomCat Lite, you may prefer to modify your subscription before your next billing date.
CustomCat PRO subscription can be billed either monthly or annually. If you choose to be billed monthly, the cost is $30 per month. We offer a reduced subscription rate for our partners who pay for CustomCatPRO on an annual basis, with an annual payment of $300 for 12 months (only $25 per month)!
You can modify your subscription at any time from within your CustomCat account settings. To do so, click Settings in the left navigation menu of your account, then scroll to the section titled “Primary Payment Method.” To update your payment, click Change, then Choose Another Way to Pay & enter your new payment method. Be sure to click “Save Payment” to ensure your updates have been saved.
You can adjust your account subscription at any time from within your CustomCat account settings. To do so, click “Settings” in the left navigation menu & scroll to the “Subscription” section. From there, simply click the “Change” button next to your current subscription & make your updated selection.
Yes – if you contact us at [email protected] by sending an email from your account email address requesting account deletion, your subscription will also be canceled automatically.
